In 1932, Attorney Marvin Traxler opened a law firm in Youngstown, Ohio, to practice workers’ compensation law, disability, and accidents. Over the years, the firm grew into Boyd, Rummell, Carach, Curry, Kaufmann & Bins-Castronovo Co., L.P.A., which proudly continues more than seven decades of continuous service to the injured workers of the Mahoning Valley.
Protecting the right for injured workers to seek compensation is at the foundation of what we do. Among his many accomplishments, Attorney Traxler was also one of the founding members of the National Workers’ Compensation Association. The organization went on to become the Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Claimants’ Counsel (NACCA), which evolved into the Ohio Association for Justice in 2007. The OAJ membership represents millions of clients nationwide.
