In 1932, Attorney Marvin Traxler opened a law firm in Youngstown, Ohio, to practice workers’ compensation law, disability, and accidents. Over the years, the firm grew into Boyd, Rummell, Carach, Curry, Kaufmann & Bins-Castronovo Co., L.P.A., which proudly continues more than seven decades of continuous service to the injured workers of the Mahoning Valley.

Protecting the right for injured workers to seek compensation is at the foundation of what we do. Among his many accomplishments, Attorney Traxler was also one of the founding members of the National Workers’ Compensation Association. The organization went on to become the Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Claimants’ Counsel (NACCA), which evolved into the Ohio Association for Justice in 2007. The OAJ membership represents millions of clients nationwide.

Our office is conveniently located in the Huntington Bank Building in downtown Youngstown, where we serve residents of Mahoning, Columbiana, and Trumbull counties. We are approximately three blocks from the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Industrial Commission, as well as the Federal, County, and Municipal Courts, allowing easy access for the representation of our clients.

In addition to our workers’ compensation practice, we also provide services for related issues, including social security, personal injury, wrongful discharge, and probate.

We invite you to call our office for a free consultation to assist in your decision-making process.
